Step into a sensuous, gratifying experience, created by restaurateurs Antti Asujamaa, Markus Murtovaara and Anu Survo. Burn & Shine combines a Smokery and a Raw Bar in Erottaja – the heart of Helsinki. It’s fearless and slightly gritty, yet sophisticated.

Our two themes arrive from different directions to complement each other. The Smokery packs a diversity of fundamental tastes that play with your senses. The Raw Bar hits you with truly earthy vibes and our top notch sides embrace you with comfort. Burn & Shine offers intentionally selected wines, a fine cocktail bar and hand-crafted beers from Olarin Panimo.
